Last week Minneapolis and St. Paul made recommendations for what should be addressed at the legislature this session. Of course a smoking ban was on their list. Yesterday Hennepin County did the same. I can not get "official" statements of their recommendations but I want to write to each county and suggest they send their recommendations for the state to butt out of local issues. It is very important to have no state ban. We can get Minneapolis, Bloomington and Hennepin County to adjust. I have the votes in Mpls and Hennepin. Just no author.
